This 2nd story villa is situated in the heart of Harbour Town, with graceful appointments and a scenic view of the yacht basin.


Exterior: The island's most celebrated natural landmark is its grand Liberty Oak where music and magic come alive under the evening sky. And, boats set sail on the surrounding waters of Calibogue Sound, for aquatic activities from fishing to para-sailing. For recreation, dining and shopping, Harbour Town is a legendary Sea Pines treasure.


Interior: Luxury seating is found in the living room with leather recliners and a lovely yellow, rose and sage-hued sofa. The room's other offerings include a TV, DVD, internet access and a beautiful harbour view. From here, the balcony can be accessed for enjoying breezes off of the Calibogue Sound.


With a mirrored wall behind it, the dining area seats six comfortably.

The neutral kitchen features stone flooring, every major appliance and even a nearby full-sized washer and dryer.


The downstairs bedroom features a king-sized bed covered in shades of sky and sand, a flat screen TV, large walk-in closet and a golf-themed bathroom with a tub/shower combination.


Upstairs is the delightful master bedroom showcasing a grandly outfitted king-sized bed, wall-mounted TV, and private bath with stone flooring and a tub/shower combination.


The third bedroom, also upstairs, houses twin beds, with spreads in tropical green and coral. The room also provides views of the Harbour Town playground, and a bathroom with tub/shower combination.


With the inimitable shopping, dining and recreation of Harbour Town literally right outside your door, you will love this setting for your island vacation. And across the street are the Harbour Town Swimming Pool, the Harbour Town Golf Links and the Sea Pines Racquet Club. The Sea Pines Beach Club is a short and delightful bike ride away.

    This property could not be closer to Harbourtown. The location is excellent and the layout of the space is good. Overall we enjoyed our trip.
    There were some areas for improvement though. Many of the light bulbs were missing or out which was a nuisance. The furnishings and decor are quite dated. A renovation is due and should start with new mattresses.
    The kitchen was not well equipped if you wish to do any cooking. There are plenty of plates and glasses for leftovers and take out, but cooking was not easy in the space.
    Lastly, communication with the property management group was a bit difficult. We had trouble securing our parking passes in advance and found the responsiveness to emails and phone calls so so.

    Loved the rental location and all that Sea Pines has to offer. Had to pay extra for pool, but well worth it. Would recommended this place to anyone wanting to park the car for a week. Plenty to do within walking, biking or short trolley ride!

    weather was not good--rain/cool. But the location and cleanliness of our rental made up for it! No bugs which is always a big plus for me. I would go back again!
