This villa has all of the details and comforts of home.

Grab your backpack beach chairs, get on your free bicycles, and explore all that the island has to offer. The beach, the wildlife and beautiful lush pine and palm trees, dozens of shops and restaurants, all of these things are just a short bike ride away.

This villa features an updated kitchen with a granite counter top and beautiful breakfast bar. A new dining room table provides ample room for the whole family. Rainy days are no problem, this villa's entertainment system has been fully updated, with flat screen LCD TV's in every room, Blu-Ray in the living room, and Time Warner television, internet, and telephone service to the unit. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, to allow for privacy amongst our guests. Cook some burgers on the brand new electric grill out back, and walk to Pool Bar Jim's at the Marriott Grande Ocean to have a frozen cocktail for desert!

The back porch with peaceful wooded views and an electric grill will allow you to enjoy the outdoors. Following the driveway that is next to the unit leads you directly to South Forest Beach Drive, and directly across the street is the beach. It is about a 1 1/2 block walk from the villa to the water, and can be made on foot in well under 10 minutes.

    Nice unit. AC doesn't keep up with the hot temps we had outside. Other than that, everything worked well. Very satisfied.

    The location, within the complex, was very nice, quiet and pet friendly. It was quite spacious, so our two dogs enjoyed plenty of room. It was an easy bike ride or walk to the beach, via the Alder Lane access. The main level had laminate wood flooring, which was great; the living room was bright and had a comfy couch and chairs and an exceptionally nice big screen tv. The vertical blinds on the sliding door had at least 6 slats missing so we had to tape paper towels to the wide opening and then at night we had to drape a large blanket to assure privacy. Some of the mini blinds in the main level bedroom were broken, as well, so we had to tape some paper towels on them. The kitchen was well stocked, although, with the exception of One stainless steel pot, the nonstick pots and pans were scratched, peeling and unusable. The grill on the patio looked nice and we had looked forward to grilling fresh seafood, but it had mold all over the inside, which was disgusting and unfortunately not usable either. Bikes were provided for the unit, which we realy enjoyed riding daily. Each bedroom had its own tv, which was very convenient. Overall, we gave the unit a "4" rating. If not for the above mentioned issues, we would've rated it a "5".

      Thank you for your feedback Marc, the owner has just come down after your departure and our first item to address was the vertical blinds. They catch in the track of the sliding door and this causes them to break, we went through at least 15 over the course of the summer, so they are being removed and replaced with either fabric vertical blinds that won't snap, or with large drapes, we are weighing our options. But either way this will be fixed before the next renter, it's been a real struggle. With the massive rains we had down here this fall, many outdoor grills got moldy inside, it was a common issue, however it is very easily cleaned with the grill brush provided and a little water.

    It was very good value. The condo was a very good value, loved having the bikes to ride to the beach as ut is a bit of a distance to the beach. The beds were were comfortable and the TVS were good , but would appreciate a more updated kitchen and it being cleaner (eg ceiling fans) and the sliding glass door did not slide.

    3 Bedroom villa we rented was very adequate for the 5 adults and 1 dog we had. Location was good for activities but would have liked to be a bit closer to beach. Overall, very satisfied with the rental and liked the easy check in, check out process.
